Easy Pasta with The Gourmet Specialists
Fancy a quick and tasty dinner that everyone will love? Try this delicious dish which is so fast to make you’ll surprise yourself!
Ingredients:
Pasta
Passata (550g)
Spinach leaves
One onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely diced
Dried Italian herbs
Parmesan
The Gourmet Specialists Balsamic - we love Classic, Chilli, Truffle, Garlic or Caramelised Onion
Salt & Pepper (optional)
The Gourmet Specialists Extra Virgin Olive Oil
The Gourmet Specialists Dukkah
Method:
Cook pasta to your liking.
Add olive oil to a pan and cook the onion & garlic. Add the passata, some salt & pepper to taste, as well as some dried Italian herbs. Simmer.
While the pasta is cooking and the sauce is simmering, place spinach leaves on the plate.
Once the pasta has finished cooking, place on top of the spinach, then some of the cooked passata sauce. Top with some grated parmesan, and drizzle over some of The Gourmet Specialists balsamic over the entire plate. Add a little salt & pepper to taste if you like.
