Potato and Deli Meat Bites with The Gourmet Specialists
Want a tasty, simple snack, entree or even side dish? Here you go - everyone will love it and it is so easy to make, too!
Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees celsius.
Put potatoes in a pot, cover with water, bring to the boil and cook until ready.
Once the potatoes are done, season with a little salt & pepper.
Oil a tray, and wrap the potatoes individually in a slice of deli meat. Place on tray with The Gourmet Specialists Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and put in the oven for until cooked to your liking.
Remove when cooked, cool a little on the bench and drizzle over some The Gourmet Specialists Balsamic. Delicious little snacks that will keep everyone happy!
