Shipping policy

The Gourmet Specialists ships domestically (Australia) using Australia Post as well as other freight carriers and couriers.

We offer $10 set price shipping for domestic orders with orders despatched Monday-Friday.

We aim for your order to leave our warehouse within one business day. Orders received during the weekend will aim to be sent the following Monday.

If an item is unavailable for shipment on receipt of your order, we will contact you immediately to discuss several options before processing the remainder of your order.

Unfortunately we do not have control over your package once it has left our warehouse, and at the moment, delivery can take 7-10 business days or perhaps even longer, depending on location.
