Rocket and Parmesan Salad with The Gourmet Specialists

The simple things are often the best. With the year-round availability of three simple ingredients, you can have the most astoundingly delicious salad any day of the year!

Ingredients:

Rocket
Parmesan
The Gourmet Specialists Balsamic - Classic, Pear or Honey
The Gourmet Specialists Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Method:

Wash and dry the rocket.
Break the parmesan into small pieces (or you can shave it with a peeler too).
Mix together.
Drizzle The Gourmet Specialists Balsamic and some of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil on top and serve this simple, delicious salad.
