Steak and Salad with The Gourmet Specialists
This recipe is so simple and delicious, you’ll make it over and over again!
Ingredients:
Enough of your favourite cut of steak for the number of people you are serving.
Enough home grown lettuce for the number of people you are serving.
The Gourmet Specialists Australian Sticky Balsamic Vinegar (Classic, Pear, Chilli, Garlic, Caramelised Onion or Fig are perfect)
Garnish (salt & pepper, rosemary)
The Gourmet Specialists Extra Virgin Olive Oil
The Gourmet Specialists Dukkah
Method:

Cook the steak to your liking.

While the steak is cooking in the olive oil, prepare the salad, garnish with salt & pepper and drizzle The Gourmet Specialists balsamic and some olive oil over the top. Mix.

Serve the steak with the salad, and garnish with some rosemary and some The Gourmet Specialists Dukkah for extra flavour
