Here’s a delicious, simple snack you can prepare quickly and easily.

Ingredients:

Sourdough bread, sliced and lightly toasted
Prosciutto
Rocket
Roasted tomatoes (or raw if you prefer)
Basil, chopped
Mozzarella
Pesto
The Gourmet Specialists Extra Virgin Olive Oil
The Gourmet Specialists Australian Sticky Balsamic Vinegar - choose a flavour you love! We think Caramelised Onion, Garlic, Classic, Truffle, or even Chilli would go really well with this!
Salt & Pepper

Method:

  1. Place tomatoes, some chopped basil on sourdough and drizzle with The Gourmet Specialists Australian Sticky Balsamic Vinegar, and add some salt & pepper if you wish.

  2. Place a slice of prosciutto and some rocket on some sourdough, and drizzle with The Gourmet Specialists Australian Sticky Balsamic Vinegar, and add some salt & pepper if you wish.

  3. Place mozzarella and some pesto on some sourdough, drizzle with some of The Gourmet Specialists Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
