The Gourmet Specialists - Fig Sticky Balsamic Vinegar

This is a catch 22 situation. I want to write a bad review, so there would be more for me…but I can’t!
These products are truly amazing, the quality, and the taste, take a bland salad and not make it boring.

I would highly recommend these products. If there is one negative thing I would say, and that is to pace yourself when using, a little goes a long way and before you know it, the bottle is empty.

To the Gourmet team would you be ably to make a bigger bottle. I always buy 4 at a time, unfortunately my pantry is small in size - space is an issue

I love this Fig Sticky Balsamic. It’s perfectly balanced, just the right mix of sweet and tangy. I use it on salads, meats, and even cheese boards. A little goes a long way, and it makes everything taste amazing!

I have bought two bottles of this now thinking I did something wrong or left the lid open a little but both bottles have hardened at the bottom at least a 3rd of the bottle !? I can’t use half of the product , I do love the flavour but I won’t purchase any more now that I know it sets and you can’t do anything to fix it. I store in the cupboard I never refrigerate I just don’t know how to use this without not happening
